| Minimum order quantity (MOQ): | Our minimum order quantity will be 1000 pieces if you would like to place an order. Since the machine setup cost for the paper gift box is usually high, 100-200USD. Also, about 200USD will be normally charged by the shipping company for the port related fees. Therefore, it isn't worthy for you to import the boxes from us if your order quantity is too small, because the final cost for a small order will be very high. |
| Production turn-around time: | We owns 5 sets of Germany Heidelberg printing press to print the paper gift box beautifully. We owns 2 sets of automatic gluing machines to glue the paper box in very high efficiency. So, we usually needs about 10-15 business days to finish the mass production. |

Answer: For the sample production, it will take about 5-7 days. For the mass production, it will take about 12-18 days after you finished the prepayment. Since we finished all our paper boxes under one roof, our production will be fast and high quality. Our sales will keep tracking the progress and inform you before we finished.
2. Question: Is your price competitive?
Answer: We are a high quality custom made paper packaging box and paper bag supplier in south-east China, located in Guangzhou(Canton). We have the very strict quality control to remove the bad boxes before the shipping. Also, we only use the high quality paper materials for our products. Our price quote is very competitive among most suppliers. But we don't supply the cheap boxes.
3. Question: How can I pay?
Answer: T/T payment is preferred, because it is fast and convenient. After you confirmed the sample, you can pay the 50% deposit for the mass production. When all the goods are finished, you need to send us the balance payment before we ship out the products. As for the small sample fee, you can pay through paypal since the transaction fees of the paypal is lower.
